My AI can't reach Par.: Remove Par from your AI's connectors, add it again with https://par.works/mcp, and sign in when it asks. Get started has the steps for each AI. Still stuck? Write to us and tell us which AI you use.
ChatGPT can read my Par but can't save to it.: On ChatGPT Pro, that's how custom connections work: ChatGPT can read your Par but not save to it. Saving works on Business, Enterprise and Edu. Get started has the details.
How do I disconnect an AI?: In Par, open Settings, then Connected apps, and click Revoke next to it.
I forgot my password.: Reset it here. We'll email you a link. Signed up with Google? The same link lets you set a password.
How do I get a copy of my data?: Ask your AI to export your workspace, which is everything you, the people you invite and the AIs you connect save in Par. It can read every record and file in the workspace you connected. Or write to us and we'll send you a full copy.
How do I close my account?: Write to us with the email on your account and pick "My data or my account". We confirm by email, then delete your account and the workspaces you own within 30 days. The Privacy policy says exactly what goes.
I found a security problem.: Write to us and pick "A security problem". Please give us the chance to fix it before you make it public.
