Drop it in. Find it by what's in it.

Put a photo or a PDF in Par. Your AI reads it, so later you find it by what's inside, not by its name.

Drawing: Grandma Lurdes holds her old recipe notebook open, Nora takes a photo of the page with her phone, and the pink Par brain reads the page through a magnifying glass and finds a corn cake in it.
Nora's files on a computer before she searches: an empty search box that says Search your photos and files. Nora's files on a computer after she types corn cake: a photo of her grandma's handwritten notebook page, Bolo de fubá, and beside it what her AI read from it: Grandma Lurdes's corn cake, 2 cups cornmeal, 1 cup milk, 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, for Sunday's lunch, Oct 25.
The same empty search on Nora's phone. The same search on Nora's phone: the notebook page, and Grandma Lurdes's corn cake read from the photo.
Example: Nora keeps her grandma's recipes in Par. She typed “corn cake”. The photo was called IMG_4471.HEIC. Her AI had read her grandma's handwriting.

Olive-green vinyl.

A woman puts the needle on an olive-green vinyl record. Both its label and the sleeve beside it are blank.

The green vinyl is visible. There are no words on its label or sleeve.

The pressing plant's quote dated 13 October 2026: olive-green vinyl, 120 copies, €7.90 per copy, €948 total.
The 13 October quote.

Compared across the two quotes

The price rose by €0.50 per copy. The quantity stayed at 120.

His AI had read the photo and both PDFs, so one plain sentence finds them.

Or don't search. Ask.

The AI you already use, like Claude, finds the file in Par and uses what's in it. No folder to open.

Drawing: Omar asks his phone out loud, and the pink Par brain pulls the one page with the green record on it out of a big pile of papers and photos and sends it back to his phone.

Omar, to his AI How much more is the pressing plant charging us?

His AI €0.50 more a copy. The plant's quote of October 13 says €7.90, up from €7.40. On the first 120 copies, that's €60.

The answer came from this file.

The quote itself, from a pressing plant in Tuscany. Quote, 13 October 2026. Olive green vinyl, 120 copies. Price per copy €7.90. Total €948.00. Ships 20 October 2026. Signed by the plant.

You stop remembering file names and just ask for what was in the file.

Every file goes with what it's about.

Your AI puts each file with the project or person it's about. New versions go on top.

Drawing: the pink Par brain sorts three new files: the page and the photo of a record player go to a big green record, and the photo of a recipe notebook goes to a corn cake on a plate.
The page for their new record in Omar's app: sung by Juno, olive vinyl, 120 copies; ships Oct 20, out Nov 3, 412 waiting. Its files: the quote from the pressing plant, €7.90 a copy with 2 older ones, a photo of the first copy, the sleeve design and 18 cover photos.
The same record page on Omar's phone, with its files.
The page for their new vinyl record, in Omar's app. Nobody dragged these files here.

Share with the people you pick. Stop sharing the page anytime.

Mei, who runs the label with Omar, shares a photo of the record's first copy with Juno, the singer. It opens on Juno's phone.

Drawing: Mei points at a page with the green record on her laptop, the pink Par brain carries the same page, and Juno holds her phone with that page open on it.

Stopping sharing closes the page for them. A file they already opened keeps its link for now.

They need a Par account. They see that page, nothing else.

Want folders? Ask for folders.

Or a tree, or a night sky. Your files, the way you think. Three examples:

Mei, who likes folders

“Keep it simple. One folder per record.”

Mei's files as plain folders, Records, then the new record: Artwork 12 files, Quotes 3 files, Photos 41 files, Audio 5 files; recent: the first copy, the quote from the pressing plant and the sleeve design.
The same folders on Mei's phone.

Nora, who thinks in family

“Put Grandma's recipes on her branch.”

Nora's files as her family tree: branches for Grandma Lurdes, Mom and Nora; on Grandma Lurdes's branch, the corn cake recipe, the Christmas cod recipe and photos of her kitchen in 1998.
Grandma Lurdes's branch open on Nora's phone.

Juno, who thinks in shows

“Show my show photos as stars. One group per city.”

Juno's show photos as a night sky, 212 photos in clusters for Porto, Lisbon, Madrid and Paris; one star in Lisbon is open, a photo from the crowd at a 2025 show.
The same sky of show photos on Juno's phone.

Or anything you want.

Ask in a sentence, and it becomes your files screen.

  • “A shoebox of old photos.”
  • “A map of where each photo was taken.”
  • “One drawer per client.”
  • “A timeline of the kitchen renovation.”
  • “A wall of sticky notes.”

What you can do with your files.

  • Drop photos and PDFs into a files screen you asked for, or have your AI add files for you.
  • Your AI reads each photo, PDF and text file in your Par.
  • Find a file by what's in it: ask your AI, or search a files screen you asked for.
  • Each file goes with its project or person. New versions go on top.
  • Share a page with the people you pick, and stop sharing it anytime.
  • See your files your way: folders, a tree, a sky.

Questions

Do I have to name or sort my files?

No. Drop them in. Your AI reads each one and puts it with what it's about.

Are my files mine?

Yes. They live in your Par. No one can search or browse them, and a page you share opens only for the people you pick. Stopping sharing closes the page for them. A file they already opened keeps its link for now.

Can I still have folders?

Yes. Ask for them, and your AI makes your files screen that way. The files stay the same underneath.

What can your AI read in Par?

Photos, PDFs up to 10 MB and text files. Videos and design files are kept, not read.

Which AI do I use?

The AI you already use, like Claude or Gemini, once you connect it to Par. Get started shows how.
